Frequently Asked Questions

Who are these journals designed for?

Our journals are designed for parents and caregivers of children with complex medical conditions, disabilities, rare diseases, epilepsy, chronic illnesses and other ongoing healthcare needs. They provide a practical way to organise medical information while supporting your emotional journey.

What can I record in the journal?

The journals include dedicated sections for appointments, medications, seizure or symptom tracking (where applicable), test results, questions for specialists, hospital admissions, therapy notes, emergency contacts and much more, all in one easy to access place.

Can I use the journal if my child doesn't have a diagnosis yet?

Absolutely. Many families begin their journey before receiving a diagnosis. The journal is designed to help you track symptoms, appointments, investigations and questions. Our goal is for our journals to make it easier to advocate for your child throughout the diagnostic process.

Is this journal suitable as a gift?

Yes! Many of our customers purchase our journals as thoughtful gifts for families navigating a medical journey. It's a practical, meaningful keepsake that offers support during an incredibly challenging time.
