At Medicalised Mum Collective, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or has a major failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day change of mind exchange or store credit for eligible physical products.
To qualify, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Be returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
Once assessed, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund where required under the Australian Consumer Law. If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Personalised Products
Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind. If your personalised product is faulty or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable journals, templates and other digital products are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Seconds & Clearance Products
Products sold as Seconds, Imperfect or Clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for disclosed imperfections. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
