Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on your location.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging where applicable so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
